At Craft, a fast-growing SaaS platform, merchandise was designed to enhance the employee experience, strengthen company culture, and bring their brand to life at industry events. But without a centralized system, the process became fragmented, slowing down their team and diluting the brand’s impact. Stitchi stepped in to unify everything from design to fulfillment, turning merch from a logistical challenge into a powerful brand asset that drives connection and efficiency.

The Challenge

  • Disconnected fulfillment workflows

  • Managed inventory that was previously buried in spreadsheets and scattered across rogue emails and texts

  • Difficulty managing new-hire kit logistics and event giveaways

Craft needed a single partner who could bring all of these moving pieces under one roof. From sourcing and storage to fulfillment and data tracking.

The Solution

Stitchi designed a comprehensive merch management system built around four pillars:

Inventory Centralization
Stitchi received and organized all of Craft’s existing merchandise inventory into our fulfillment warehouse. Every item was uploaded into the Stitchi Dashboard, giving Craft real-time visibility into stock levels, SKU data, and order activity.

New Product Development & Sourcing
Stitchi partnered closely with Craft’s marketing and people teams to evolve their merch line from basic branded items into a cohesive, elevated collection that reflects the sophistication of their product and company culture.

Our creative team developed fresh concepts for apparel, drinkware, and employee onboarding kits, including everything from product ideation to artwork layout and color matching. Each item was designed to feel like a natural extension of Craft’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.

Once designs were approved, our sourcing team identified the highest-quality suppliers for each product category, balancing premium materials with budget efficiency. We handled sampling, prototyping, and final production, ensuring every piece met Craft’s standards for both quality and brand impact.

The result: a merch line that feels unmistakably Craft: clean in design, smart in function, and built with the same attention to detail they bring to their own product. Every piece reinforces their brand through design.

Smart Fulfillment & Analytics
With the Stitchi Dashboard, Craft gained direct access to order tracking, restock alerts, and detailed analytics on product movement. This eliminated guesswork, reduced over-ordering, and streamlined their internal merch requests.

We finally have visibility into our entire merch program. Stitchi didn’t just take over our logistics, they gave us the tools and partnership to scale merchandise as an extension of our brand.

Event Support
Stitchi continues to support Craft’s event initiatives with custom giveaways, branded booth materials, and short-run production for activations.

Stitchi makes event merch effortless. They move fast, hit deadlines, and the quality always delivers. It’s one less thing my team has to worry about.

The Results

Transitioning our merch program to Stitchi was a game-changer. The platform is light-years ahead of what we were using before. We went from juggling spreadsheets to having everything organized and visible in one place. The Stitchi team has been incredibly flexible and supportive at every step, making what could’ve been a chaotic process completely seamless. We finally feel confident knowing our merch and inventory are in good hands.

Kiomi Villar, Operations at Craft

Before Stitchi, Craft’s merch program was a tangle of spreadsheets, shipping delays, and guesswork: a side project that drained time and blurred accountability. Today, it runs like a well-designed product: intuitive, transparent, and built to scale.

With all inventory, orders, and analytics centralized in the Stitchi Dashboard, Craft’s team reclaimed control and confidence. Fulfillment that once took weeks now happens in days, cutting internal turnaround times by over 60%. Their branded kits arrive on schedule, their events run smoothly, and every item consistently reflects the thoughtful design Craft is known for.

Beyond logistics, the shift has reshaped perception, both inside and outside the company. Employees now receive beautifully packaged merch that feels intentional, not transactional, and the operations team finally has visibility instead of uncertainty.

Had they stayed the course, Craft’s merch would still be managed “by spreadsheet and a dream,” costing hours of manual work, inconsistent branding, and missed opportunities to connect. Instead, they turned their merch program into a system that fuels pride, precision, and growth.
