About Swyft

Swyft is a legal technology company that brings radical clarity to law firms through data-driven strategy and analytics. Founded by Brandon Ponzo and Chris Cowell, the company helps firms replace gut-feel decisions with evidence-based action using live dashboards, automation, and AI. As Swyft approached its first major company milestone, the team wanted to do more than send a thank-you note to the clients who helped make Year One possible.

The Challenge

Swyft needed more than a vendor to place orders. They needed a partner to help build a repeatable client appreciation experience.

The vision was clear, but execution required precision:

  • High presentation expectations: The kits needed to feel intentional, elevated, and brand-forward, not generic swag boxes

  • Multiple components: Apparel, drinkware, custom stickers, handwritten insert cards, and branded packaging all needed to work together cohesively

  • Personalization at scale: Each box included a handwritten note, requiring name accuracy without slowing production

  • Future-proofing: Swyft wanted this to become a reusable template, not a one-off project, with leftover inventory stored and ready for future sends

The Solution

Stitchi worked closely with the Swyft team to design, produce, and fulfill a premium client appreciation kit that felt personal at small scale yet repeatable for future growth.

Creative Collaboration

Stitchi began by creating a curated lookbook, allowing the Swyft team to explore product options and narrow in on the right mix of items. This shifted the process from transactional ordering to creative alignment.

Handwritten Personalization

To preserve the personal touch, Stitchi coordinated handwritten note fulfillment, ensuring name accuracy and personalization without becoming a timeline blocker.

Packaging Design

Packaging was refined through multiple mockups, including box color, logo placement, and gradient treatments, until the Swyft team felt the unboxing experience fully matched their brand.

Custom Sourcing

Through close collaboration, the teams brought together a thoughtfully designed kit featuring:

  • Fellow Carter Move Mugs

  • Relax Faded Crewneck and Classic Tees

  • Custom die-cut stickers

  • Custom handwritten insert cards

The Results

This project was about thanking the people who helped us build Swyft in our first year, and Stitchi understood that immediately. The experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. The design, the handwritten notes, the packaging. It didn't feel transactional, it felt like a true partnership.

Chris Cowell, Partner, Swyft

What began as a Year One thank-you evolved into a scalable client engagement program:

  • 35 kits dropshipped to individual client addresses

  • 15 additional kits stored in Swyft's Stitchi Dashboard for future on-demand sends

  • Seamless reship handling when delivery issues arose, with Stitchi managing logistics end-to-end

What’s Next

With the Year One campaign complete and remaining inventory stored in the Stitchi Dashboard, Swyft now has a repeatable framework for client appreciation. As the company grows, the system scales with them, enabling future sends without starting from scratch.
