About Partiful

Partiful is a popular event planning platform that makes it easy to create fun event pages, manage RSVPs, and coordinate with guests via text message. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz and GV, the platform has become a go-to tool for social event hosting, especially among younger audiences. As Partiful’s community grew, so did the opportunity to recognize and reward the hosts who drive the most engagement on the platform.

The Challenge

Partiful wanted to launch a VIP campaign to celebrate their most active hosts with a curated merch kit themed around being a "really good host." The project came with several constraints:

  • Tight holiday timeline: The request came in December 2025, with a target to begin shipping in early January, right through the holiday supplier shutdown

  • Custom sourcing required: Several items, including a mini engraved trophy, fell outside standard promotional product catalogs

  • Scale: 600 boxes needed to be produced, assembled, and shipped to individual addresses nationwide

  • Budget discipline: Each box needed to stay under $50 while still delivering a premium, share-worthy unboxing experience

The Solution

Stitchi worked closely with Partiful’s team to bring the "Really Good Host" VIP box to life.

Custom Sourcing

Stitchi sourced items that went well beyond a standard merch catalog:

  • An "flame" embroidered hat

  • A mini trophy engraved with "Really Good Host"

  • Branded party pins

  • A printed postcard

Each item was selected to reinforce the campaign theme and create a memorable unboxing moment worth sharing.

Phased Fulfillment

With addresses arriving in waves, Stitchi adapted by shipping the first 325 boxes as soon as addresses were confirmed, then warehousing the remaining inventory for on-demand fulfillment through the Stitchi dashboard. This gave Partiful the flexibility to ship the rest as more VIP addresses came in, without worrying about storage or logistics.
