Stitchi Supply Chain Code of Conduct

Stitchi LLC (“Stitchi”) is committed to sourcing products responsibly and ensuring that the rights of workers are respected throughout our supply chain. This Code of Conduct applies to Stitchi, our subsidiaries, suppliers, intermediaries, distributors, decorators/embellishers, subcontractors, and facilities that produce products or components for Stitchi programs. When local law, licensor requirements, or this Code differ, the higher standard will apply.
Employment Relationship
Maintain a recognized employment relationship with workers and comply with all applicable labor laws. Provide written terms of employment in a language workers understand.Nondiscrimination
No discrimination in hiring, compensation, benefits, promotion, or termination based on race, color, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or other protected characteristics.Harassment or Abuse
Treat all workers with dignity and respect. Strictly prohibit physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse.Forced Labor
No forced, bonded, trafficked, or prison labor. Workers must retain control of identity documents and must not pay recruitment fees.Child Labor
No employment of individuals under 15, under the age of completion of compulsory education, or under the legal working age of the country of manufacture.Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining
Respect workers’ rights to form and join organizations and bargain collectively without retaliation.Health, Safety & Environment
Provide safe and healthy workplaces, ensure fire and building safety, and manage environmental impacts consistent with law.Hours of Work
Regular workweek must not exceed 48 hours, with at least one day of rest in seven. Total hours including overtime must not exceed 60 except in exceptional circumstances.Compensation
Pay at least minimum or prevailing wage (whichever is higher), provide legally required benefits, and ensure wages meet basic needs and allow discretionary income where possible.Transparency & Subcontracting
Disclose production facilities and subcontractors for Stitchi orders. No subcontracting without Stitchi’s prior written approval.Grievance, Non-Retaliation & Remedies
Maintain accessible, confidential grievance channels. Protect workers from retaliation and address violations promptly.Monitoring, Verification & Consequences
Suppliers must provide accurate, timely information about compliance, including audit reports and corrective action plans. Failure to remediate material violations may result in paused orders, removal from Stitchi’s preferred supplier list, or termination of business. This Code is incorporated by reference into all purchase orders and supplier agreements.
