How It Works

Recipients request returns through a portal. We provide labels, receive items, and process returns or exchanges.

Recipient initiates return via self-service portal or contacts support.

Step 2: Label Generation
Prepaid return label generated and sent to recipient.

Step 3: Return Shipment
Recipient ships item back using provided label.

Step 4: Processing
Item received, inspected, and processed (restock, exchange, or dispose).
